Empowering Lives
Skills training, mentorship and small-grant support that help individuals stand on their own and thrive.
The Ibitayo Ibitola Osuolale Help Initiative is a Nigerian NGO founded in loving memory of Ibitayo and Ibitola Osuolale — walking alongside communities to lift people out of hardship through education, welfare and opportunity.

Our Mission
We exist to walk with people through the moments that matter — a child returning to school, a widow finding her footing, a young person learning a trade. Our work rests on three pillars.
Skills training, mentorship and small-grant support that help individuals stand on their own and thrive.
Scholarships, school supplies and learning programs that open doors for children and young people.
Community outreach, healthcare drives and welfare support for vulnerable families across our region.
What we do
From classrooms in Odo Ona to homes across Ibadan, our teams and volunteers deliver practical support with dignity.
Tuition assistance, school kits and reading materials for pupils from low-income households.
Regular food distribution and holiday care packages across neighborhoods in Ibadan.
Vocational training and mentorship connecting young people with pathways to work and enterprise.
Relief materials, welfare assistance and ongoing support for widows and orphaned children.
